ControlShiftD is a program to help you land a job in UX field, that you can do while still doing your full-time job. The program is designed to teach you everything you need to shift your career from pure engineering to UX. If accepted into the program, you get assigned to a cohort. Each cohort meets for 2 hours every Sunday. During the program, instructors from FAANG companies teach you how to do UX Design, how to prep for a career changing interview, how to create automations to apply to all the jobs, how to get dozens of job interviews, and how to establish yourself as an authority leader after your secure your job.

How long does the program last?

The program lasts for 3 months. During the first month, we teach you the "hard skills" where you spend 2 hours every Sunday with your instructors and cohort-mates. In the last 2 months we build your portfolio, create automations for job applications, and prepare your interviewing skills.

Is the program anonymous?

Yes the program is completely anonymous. In fact, this is almost a "Secret Program". We conduct an introductory 1:1 interview with every applicant before accepting them and make sure no two people from the same team are accepted.
